You will be responsible for welcoming customers, providing them with guidance & help in processing their transactions.
Ensuring that all transactions are performed in accordance with our compliance rules and you will professionally deal with customers inquiries in a timely manner.
Cash handling and maintaining cash register operations including reports using MS Office tools.
Work collaboratively with a supportive team to meet operational and performance targets.
Role Requirements
2 yrs of customer service experience (preferably in financial services or retail)
Problem-solving skills.
Experience in cash handling and currency exchange.
Strong communication skills.
Fluency in English - additional languages (Hindi) is a strong advantage.
Proficiency in MS Office tools (MS Excel, Word, Outlook)
Flexible availability, including Sundays.
Strong attention to detail and a high level of integrity.
