The role is responsible for defining project objectives scope and quality controls throughout the project life cycle including refining business requirements and creating fully defined user stories.
The individual will be hands on with data to support solution development and identify issues and opportunities.
The role operates within a global virtual team and may require collaboration across multiple time zones.
Document business and functional requirements including workflows business rules and use cases
Understand and document data requirements for surveillance scenarios and monitoring solutions
Develop fully detailed user stories and supporting documentation
Analyze data to support solution design and identify risks issues and opportunities
Partner closely with technology teams vendors and Compliance stakeholders
Create and maintain clear structured documentation for various audiences.
Requirements
8-10 years of experience as a Business Analyst gathering, documenting, and validating requirements.
Ability to present information in a clear and concise manner to technology and business leadership.
Advanced understanding of communications compliance domain.
Familiarity of communications compliance solutions.
Data analysis and the ability to gain and present insights from data.
