Business Overview As part of the Human Resources function, the Learning and Development team provides the organization with the learning and performance support needed to meet business objectives by creating simple, innovative and effective training and performance solutions. This is accomplished through strong partnerships, leveraging internal and external best practices and on-going continuous improvement.

Requirements

Completion of a university degree, preferably in a learning, design, or communication related discipline (or equivalent experience)

Minimum 2 years of professional experience

Prior experience with a learning management system and/or eLearning authoring tools (i.e. Captivate, Lectora and/or Storyline) required

Sound knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design, and methods of evaluation

Background in designing and developing learning solutions

The following would be considered an asset:

Experience with web development or an understanding of web technologies (i.e. HTML, Flash, Javascript)

Graphic design and course content development
