Responsibilities

  • Supporting process engineers in developing and optimizing machining technologies (turning, milling, drilling, etc.).
  • Participating in the preparation of process documentation: work instructions, control plans, tool cards.

  • Accuracy and attention to detail when working with data.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work in a production team.
  • Analytical thinking and willingness to learn.
  • Education in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation , or a related technical field

  • Fundamental understanding of cutting parameters, tool geometry, and machining materials .

  • Ability to analyze technical data (CNC parameters, cycle times, tool wear, scrap data).
  • Accuracy and attention to detail , especially when working with process documentation and data.
  • Good communication skills and ability to cooperate within a production and engineering team.
  • Analytical mindset , proactive attitude, and willingness to learn and develop in a manufacturing environment.
