Keeseville Country Gardens with 50 units , located in Keeseville, NY , is a senior apartment community proudly managed by National Church Residences -the nation's largest nonprofit provider of affordable senior housing, serving over 46,000 seniors across 360+ communities nationwide.
Our Maintenance Technicians play a vital role in maintaining high-quality apartment homes. Responsibilities include apartment repairs, inspections, unit turnovers, obtaining repair quotes, and coordinating contracted work. Technicians handle minor plumbing, electrical, painting, drywall repairs, landscaping, and assist with snow removal. We provide an iPad and training for our electronic work order system, along with a minimum 2-hour paid guarantee for emergency calls outside scheduled hours. Our team is committed to delivering excellent homes with compassion and professionalism to the residents of Keeseville Country Gardens.
On-Call Requirement:
This position requires availability for on-call duties, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to respond to maintenance emergencies as needed.
