Requirements
A ssociates Degree or Industry Apprenticeship (i.e. Electrician Apprenticeship or industry adjacent) or equivalent 3-5 years of experience.
Bachelor's degree preferred
A minimum of three to five years' experience in project management or site commissioning product lines of similar technical complexity.
Field Service experience in the testing and installation of generators.
Electrical power, electrician, generator, or reciprocating engine experience desired.
Leadership skills and demonstrated ability to work cohesively across various teams, make sound decisions, and drive action cross functionally.
Demonstrated people skills required to lead & motivate professionals in a matrix organization who are not direct reports.
Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
