Job Description We are seeking a highly capable Executive Assistant to support the Head of Global Marketing and the Head of Product Experience. Core responsibilities: This role requires strong prioritization, discretion, and the ability to operate at pace across two senior leaders with global scope. You will enable focus, alignment, and effective ways of working across marketing and product teams, while contributing to continuous improvement within the Executive Assistant community. Executive Support Manage complex, competing calendars across two senior leaders Coordinate global meetings, travel, and priorities across time zones Anticipate needs, resolve conflicts, and optimise time Leadership & Meeting Support Prepare agendas, materials, and pre-reads Capture key outcomes and actions where required Support leadership team operations across both functions Communication Manage inbound communication and stakeholder engagement Support clear, consistent messaging on behalf of both leaders Operations & Process Maintain structured documentation and administrative processes Identify and implement efficiency improvements Project & Event Support Deliver cross-functional projects (e.g. offsites, leadership sessions) Coordinate logistics, timelines, and stakeholders Community & Collaboration Contribute to a strong Executive Assistant community Share best practices and drive consistency Confidentiality Always handle sensitive information with discretion This position is located in Billund and there is no relocation assistance offered for this role. Proven experience supporting senior leaders, ideally multiple executives in a global organization Proven ability to manage competing priorities with sound judgment Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Clear, confident communicator across formats Proactive, solution-oriented and able to anticipate needs Comfortable working at pace and navigating ambiguity Experience working across cross-functional teams (e.g. marketing and product) is an advantage Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with AI and planning tools preferred #li-eb2 #LI-Hybrid Applications are reviewed on an ongoing basis.
