Minimum of 10 years of experience in the software industry
Mature experience in working in agile teams using modern technologies in back-end dev, databases &
DevOps.
Adopt new technologies and concepts quickly and should always be interested in new upcoming tools and
languages.
Experience acting as a team leader for developers, including supervisory responsibilities.
Tasks and responsibilities:
Compile and analyze data, processes, and codes to troubleshoot problems and identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with the developers and other team members to establish objectives and design functional,
cohesive code.
Deep knowledge of architectural and design patterns for business tier web development
Experience performing code reviews and providing technical guidance and mentoring.
Development of the backend services using Java, Spring boot
Development and fine-tuning of SQL Queries
Development of the front end applicaiton using latest versions of Angular or React - Developing according to best practices and architecture defined the Architect Community - Take a proactive role during backlog-refinement (grooming) sessions on solutions for the requested requirements. - Solving incidents. - Analyze and improve performance. - Create documentation where appropriate. - Planning and reporting on progress in accordance with Agile/SCRUM - Work together with the front-end/back-end developers within the SCRUM teams. Proven experience, a mix of: - Java 17+ - Spring Boot - Angular 17+ - OOP and Design Patterns - Microservices Architecture - ANSI SQL for Oracle or MySQL - Docker - Amazon AWS Stack (ECS, Lambda, S3, KMS, Secret Manager etc.) - Unit and Integration Test frameworks - Debugging skills
