Systems Administrator - ATC

Responsibilities

• Provide first level support for customers consuming ATC core systems and services.
• Troubleshoot common system problems.
• Working with engineers and architects to resolve complex technical issues.
• Communicating with ATC stakeholders via ServiceNow, email, or instant message.
• Documenting troubleshooting steps and solutions to ServiceNow or Wiki.
• Provision storage, compute

Requirements

• Education
• College degree or equivalent work experience
• Certifications
• VMware, NetApp, Linux or Windows certifications preferred but not required
• Work Experience
• 1+ years of systems administration experience
• Experience with ServiceNow ticketing system
• Experience with VMware, Linux, and Windows technologies
• Experience with NetApp storage arrays
• Experience with AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform are a plus
• Experience working on multiple projects simultaneously
• Specialized Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Ability to troubleshoot complex problems
• Ability to understand and document complex solutions

• The Systems Administrator handles day-to-day support of the ATC core storage, compute, and virtual services. This position reports up to the ATC Systems & Cloud Manager.
