Define and lead the commercial strategy
Own the end-to-end commercial strategy for the advisory service, spanning client acquisition, activation, conversion, cross-selling, retention, and long-term value creation.
Define and evolve the service model
Design and evolve the advisory service model by defining how different client segments are served, how advisory interactions are delivered, and how internal teams and the outsourced provider work together to support growth, customer value, and scalability.
Improve sales and service performance
Monitor and optimize key business and sales indicators, such as conversion, productivity, customer engagement, and service effectiveness, identifying opportunities to accelerate commercial performance.
Work cross-functionally to accelerate growth
Collaborate with product, marketing, operations, compliance, data, and technology teams to improve the advisory proposition, strengthen execution, and scale the business effectively.
Enhance the client and advisor experience
Ensure that both clients and advisory teams have the right journeys, tools, content, training, and support to create clear, effective, and compliant interactions.
Make strategic decisions based on data
Use customer insights, segmentation, business performance data, and funnel analytics to guide strategic priorities, commercial actions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Coordinate a complex delivery ecosystem
Manage performance across internal teams and the outsourced provider involved in service delivery, ensuring alignment, quality standards, customer focus, and commercial excellence.
Profile we are looking for
Proven experience in channel and commercial strategy, sales performance, or business growth roles , ideally in advisory, financial services, or other consultative sales environments where customer value and business results go hand in hand.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills , with the ability to translate data into actions, priorities, and measurable business outcomes.
Solid understanding of investment products and advisory services , especially in areas such as mutual funds, wealth solutions, or customer investment journeys.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills , with the ability to influence diverse teams, build alignment, and connect commercial, operational, and customer priorities.
Experience working in cross-functional environments , partnering with teams such as product, marketing, operations, risk, compliance, data, or technology.
Experience managing outsourced or partner-led sales and service models , with the ability to steer performance, align incentives, and ensure high-quality execution, will be a strong advantage.
Customer-focused mindset , with a clear interest in improving both client experience and frontline team effectiveness.
Collaborative and team-oriented approach , able to build alignment, create momentum, and work effectively in complex organizations.
