Responsibilities

  • Enquiry Administration- Log new enquiries, update internal trackers, and maintain accurate records of expert assignments and status changes.

  • The Enquiries Administrator is expected to be detail-oriented, organised, and cooperative in supporting a high-volume, high-priority workflow.
  • Maintain orderly, up-to-date records and follow through consistently on admin tasks. Be dependable and structured in approach.
  • Ensure data accuracy when updating systems or sending communications. Spot inconsistencies and raise them appropriately.
  • Work positively and cooperatively with the Operations Manager, Clinical Liaison Specialist, and Senior Case Workers. Keep communication timely and transparent.
  • Respond quickly to requests and adapt to fluctuating workloads or changes in enquiry urgency.

  • The Enquiries Administrator reports to the Operations Manager and works closely with the Clinical Liaison and Senior Case Workers.

About the Role We're looking for a detail-driven Enquiries Administrator to join NRC's Operations team and support the smooth handling of incoming enquiries and expert allocations. Working closely with the Operations Manager and clinical teams, you'll play a key role in logging and tracking enquiries, maintaining accurate records, preparing enquiry correspondence, and following up outstanding information. This is a vital operational role focused on accuracy, organisation, and timeliness, helping ensure enquiries are progressed efficiently and stakeholders receive a professional, responsive service.
