What We Do (The Team You'll Be Part Of): We are looking for an Event Production Technician to join the Digital Media Team. This team is responsible for the planning, technical production, execution, and post-event delivery of on-location, virtual, and hybrid events. This includes webcasts, livestreams, webinars, virtual conferences, and studio-based productions. The team manages professional video production and broadcast equipment, event platforms, and workflows, continually advancing Fidelity's digital event capabilities. How You'll Make An Impact: - Lead virtual and hybrid event production, including planning, producing, and technically executing live and recorded digital events. - Serve as a technical producer during live events, managing run-of-show, speakers, production systems, and troubleshooting. - Configure and operate cameras, lighting, audio equipment, encoders, switchers, and streaming platforms. - Collaborate with Corporate Affairs, Product, Marketing, HR, Learning & Development, and additional internal partners. - Edit and package recordings, repurpose content, and identify opportunities to improve event quality and attendee experience.
