As a Transaction Coordinator , you will serve as a strategic operational partner to our agents, managing all compliance and administrative aspects of the listing, transaction, and commission processes. By owning the operational details from contract to close, you empower Compass agents to focus entirely on building client relationships and growing their businesses. Acting as the central point of contact for all stakeholders, you will ensure a seamless, high-velocity closing experience that reflects our commitment to exceptional service. Please note: This position is required to work out of our Lincoln Park, IL (2350 N Lincoln Ave) office one day, every other week, and expected to visit other Chicago offices occasionally for special events. At Compass You Will: Handle document tracking for a large volume of real estate transactions from listing to close, and/or contract to close, ensuring compliance with brokerage and legal requirements Ensure real estate contracts are processed properly and in a timely matter, with a focus on the details Manage and track contract deadlines to ensure all timelines are met Navigate company systems to validate accuracy of compliance and commission records Provide support to Agents in response to inquiries regarding commission payouts, deductions, and commission calculations Collaborate with sales managers and other support teams to offer outstanding support to the agents
