We conduct regular one-on-one meetings with team leads to discuss goals and ambitions, and to align our people's career progression to their expectations. About you You have a Washington Accord recognised degree (or equivalent) and are either in the process of working towards, or already have, Engineers Australia Chartership (CPEng). You will be supported through Beca's close industry relationship with Engineers Australia to finalise your chartership if not already completed. You will have experience using RORB and TUFLOW in a consultancy environment, and are eager to apply your knowledge to a new range of projects across a variety of markets, and to share that knowledge with others.
