Become a part of our caring community As a member of the Specialty Clinical Team, you will report to a Supervising, Specialty Operations Pharmacist. Daily work assignments include both inbound and outbound calls to patients to discuss medication therapy, side effect management and adverse event reporting. Use your skills to make an impact Required Qualifications Pharmacy degree from an accredited college of pharmacy (PharmD) Active Pharmacist license from the state of Florida, Texas, Ohio or Arizona Board of Pharmacy without restrictions or disciplinary action. Minimum three, (3) years of experience as a pharmacist in a high-volume retail, hospital or mail order pharmacy practice environment Participate in Federal prescription programs Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook and OneNote Knowledge navigating multiple systems, platforms and troubleshoot and resolve general technical difficulties in a remote environment. Preferred Qualifications Pharmacist Board Certification - Oncology, Specialty, Geriatric, Pharmacotherapy, and Ambulatory Proficient in Spanish Previous experience in a Specialty Pharmacy setting Previous experience with Pharmacy Benefits Management (PBM) Previous Commercial, Medicare, or Medicaid experience Previous clinical experience in managed care Additional Information Workstyle: Remote Location: Must reside inOhio, Florida, Texas or Arizona only Training Schedule: 40-hour work week Eastern Time 2-4 week training Monday through Friday 8:00 am - 5:30 pm Eastern Department Schedule: Typically, 40-hour work week Eastern Time - Leaders will discuss during the interview Business Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-8:00 p.m.; Saturday, 8:00 a.m.-6:30 p.m. Schedule: This position follows a standard Monday-Friday schedule with the following shift structure: Three standard shifts: 10:00 a.m. - 6:30 p.m. Two late shifts: 11:30 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. (scheduled Monday-Thursday) Note: The Friday late shift is not fixed and will be part of a rotating schedule.
