We are recruiting a Strategic Sales Executive based in Dubai to drive new business sales in the GCC region within the Universal Banking Unit.
This is a hunter role where you will build and develop core banking pipeline across a large, complex territory, identifying and prioritising opportunities in these markets and engaging stakeholders in banking and financial services organisations. You will be focused on positioning Finastra's next-gen Essence core solution to established banks, neobanks and fintech institutions.
Responsibilities
Drive net-new name acquisition.
Build and develop pipeline across a large, complex territory.
Utilise your existing network and identify and develop new opportunities.
Engage stakeholders in banks, partners and other financial institutions.
Nurture relationships with key local advisory and consultancy organisations.
Navigate long enterprise sales cycles (typically 12-24 months).
What You Bring
Proven hunter / new business sales experience.
Experience selling into banks / financial services.
Strong GCC network and market knowledge.
Track record of: Opening new accounts, building pipeline from scratch.
Deep understanding of value-based selling and transformative sales engagements.
Preferred
Core banking experience (top priority).
Experience selling enterprise software into banks.
