Primary Details Time Type: Full time Worker Type: Employee The Opportunity: The purpose of this role is to support the company's financial success by assisting in underwriting crop insurance, and ensuring adherence to Federal Crop Insurance Program regulations and company policies related to crop hail and named peril policies. Location: Missoula, Montana Work Arrangement: This role is hybrid, requiring 3 days/week in our Missoula, MT office. The salary range for this role is: $21.25/hour - $32/hour Your New Role Ensure complete and accurate policy processing activities by reviewing and entering data, including applications, policy changes, and production reports. Maintain records of policy information, production data, and other documents, ensuring completeness and accuracy. Correct errors identified in the Federal Crop Insurance Corporation (FCIC) Error report. Audit insured and agent paperwork for completeness. Provide agent support through business correspondence for administrative tasks. Prepare and distribute reports to team members, agents, and field personnel. Contribute to a positive work environment by demonstrating cultural expectations and influencing others. Adhere to Underwriting Guidelines and Risk Management Agency (RMA) Rules & Regulations. Attend training to gain knowledge in the Crop Insurance Industry. The salary offer will be decided based on the role's complexity, its location, and the candidate's professional background, including their education and experience.
