About the role
The Project Manager has the overall responsibilities of assisting in planning, executing, monitoring and controlling the Project, particularly in the following areas: - Service Level Performance. - Service Continuity and Availability. - Support Services, including Incident Management, Problem Management and Routine Maintenance Management. - Obsolescence Management. The Project Manager is also responsible for communicating with all stakeholders. The Project Manager is required to assist to Plan, execute, monitor, and control the various technical/non-technical aspects of the Project. - Assist in managing new setups or upgrades of system/infrastructure projects. - Responsible for supporting operational systems, satisfying contractual Service Level Agreement - Provide project documentation and reports. - Assist in maintaining the project's financial budget. Requirement: Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and tools. Experience in stakeholder management and requirements gathering. Experience with Government procurement approaches e.g. Tender, RFQ. Team player who can engage with various levels of stakeholders. Highly motivated with effective communication and interpersonal skills.
