Technical Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end implementation of NSAW/FDI or OAC solutions across Finance, Supply Chain, HR, and Customer Experience domains.
• Design and configure data pipelines, data models, KPIs, and dashboards that support strategic business objectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to capture analytics requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and ensure timely delivery.
• Integrate data from NetSuite, Fusion Applications, Salesforce, AS/400, and other enterprise systems into OAC.
• Optimize ETL/ELT processes for performance, scalability, and governance.
• Drive data quality, security, and compliance across analytics solutions.
• Provide thought leadership on modern analytics practices (AI/ML integration, predictive insights, embedded analytics).
• Mentor and guide junior team members in data modeling, report development, and troubleshooting.
• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams .
• Required Skills & Qualifications
• 10+ years of experience in Data Analytics / Business Intelligence with at least 3+ years hands-on in NSAW/OAC or FDI .
• Strong expertise in data modeling, semantic layer design, and KPI development .
• Deep understanding of Oracle Fusion ERP/HCM/SCM data structures and NetSuite data models .
