Responsibilities

- What you should have:

- Proven experience in strategic planning, project and budget management preferred
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Pay Range: $100,000-$125,000

The Account Director will lead strategic client partnerships, overseeing the development and execution of healthcare marketing initiatives. This role combines strategic thinking, client relationship management, and team leadership to drive the success of peer-to-peer education programs and other brand initiatives. The Account Director will serve as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring excellence in execution, compliance, and results-driven outcomes. This is a hybrid role, based in any of our US offices - New York City, Boston, Chicago, San Francisco, Carmel (IN), or Lambertville (NJ) - or remotely within the US, depending on team and business needs. Please note that candidates local to the Carmel, IN office are preferred.
