KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Maintain and continuously enhance the Risk and Valuation Framework in line with regulatory developments, supervisory expectations and market best practices. Operate and strengthen the Permanent Risk Management Function in accordance with Luxembourg and EU regulatory requirements. Produce and continuously enhance investment risk reporting covering commitment, VaR, liquidity risk, counterparty exposure, credit risk, concentration risk and sustainability risk. Monitor compliance with regulatory, prospectus and internal risk limits; assess breaches, determine materiality and coordinate escalations or regulatory notifications where required. Maintain and update Risk Profile Documents, Risk Management Processes, Risk Management Policy and various related policies. Support new fund launches, prospectus changes, regulatory filings and ongoing product governance requirements. Maintain the Operational Risk Framework including RCSA, incident management, risk registers, KRIs, BCM and resilience reporting. Review and monitor ICT, cyber security and outsourcing risks, including key third-party and cloud service providers. Support valuation oversight through the preparation and participation in Manco Valuation Committees, review of stale prices, illiquid assets, pricing matters and NAV error cases. Contribute to ICT and operational resilience oversight, including outsourcing risks, cyber risk topics and key regulatory requirements (e.g. DORA). Prepare risk reporting, dashboards and papers for Management Committees, Lux Risk Committees and Boards. Coordinate with regulators, auditors and internal control functions on risk-related matters and support remediation of findings where relevant. Contribute to committee meetings through preparation of analyses, presentations and decision-useful risk insights. Represent the Permanent Risk Management Function in interactions with Group stakeholders and cross-functional governance forums where required. ------------------------- EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS Degree in Finance/Economics or equivalent Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience working in a Manco/Asset Manager/UCITS, AIF environment A previous experience in risk management role would be considered as an asset. Strong knowledge of the Manco business in Luxembourg and its various actors. CFA, CAIA, FRM (or similar) qualifications would be a strong advantage Ability to engage in good working relationships with a range of stakeholders including clients, internal teams, and service providers. Excellent organizational, prioritization and written communication skills. Autonomous, rigorous, result-oriented, and flexible. Professional level of English (spoken and written) is a must; the knowledge of an additional language as French or German is a strong asset. Excellent modelling skills in MS Excel as well as skills in Power Point and Word, Copilot.
