Build a strong leadership pipeline and maintain alignment across multi-shift operations, including managers on shifts other than your own.
Oversee night warehouse operations, including inventory management, picking, replenishment, shipping, and loading.
Ensure safety, quality, productivity, and on-time delivery, maintaining compliance with OSHA, DOT, and company policies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Safety, Routing, Security, Fleet, HR) to resolve operational challenges and achieve business objectives.
Own and monitor KPIs, analyze operational data, and implement process improvements to optimize efficiency and service quality.
Translate organizational goals into actionable warehouse plans and support strategic execution, continuous improvement, and operational scalability.
Physical & Environmental Requirements
Lift up to 50 pounds and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach.
Stand and walk for up to 12 hours during shifts.
Work in environments where noise levels vary and can be loud.
Work in areas subject to variable temperatures, including outdoor loading and delivery stations.

Required Qualifications
3-7+ years leading high-volume, conveyor-based warehouse or automated distribution center operations, including ownership of night or multi-shift environments.
Proven leader-of-leaders experience managing supervisors/managers (not just frontline), with teams of 40+ employees.
Hands-on operational leadership driving safety, productivity, attendance, and on-time shipping in fast-paced, case-pick or beverage distribution environments.
Strong WMS experience (HighJump preferred) with the ability to analyze KPIs, optimize workflows, and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
Proven experience of employee and performance management of supervisors or managers, not just frontline employees.
A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain/Logistics, or a related field is preferred.
Must be a minimum of 18 years of age.
Preferred Requirements:
Union workforce leadership experience and demonstrated ability to partner cross-functionally (Safety, Fleet, HR, Routing).
