What success looks like in this role: Design and develop enterprise-grade chatbot and voice solutions using Azure Bot Service, Power Virtual Agents and integrations (e.g. Genesys, Twilio, Microsoft Teams). Implement and optimize LLM pipelines, ASR/TTS for voice bots, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) for knowledge-driven responses. You will be successful in this role if you have: 3+ years experience in Software Engineering/ Data Engineering/ AI projects with 1+ year experience in conversational/GenAI (chat and voice). Expertise in Azure, Azure AI Foundry, Azure AI Search or similar AI API´s (Anthropic, Open AI, etc.) Strong backend development skills (Python(Must-have), C# (nice-to-have) , REST APIs). Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure preferred), CI/CD, and security best practices. Ideally working experience in LLM/NLU orchestration, Vector DB´s and whisper/voice models and familiarity with WebRTC services Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an agile, fast-paced, high-impact environment. Strong learning patterns and learning motivation Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
