Responsibilities

  • Perform electrical and mechanical troubleshooting to identify and resolve issues in manufacturing equipment.
  • Disassemble, repair, reassemble, and install equipment based on blueprints, layout plans, and technical manuals.
  • Conduct setup, calibration, and preventative maintenance on production equipment, collaborating with suppliers for service and repairs when needed.

Requirements

  • The candidate must have a High School Diploma/equivalent (with 2+ years of experience) -OR- an Associates Degree in Electronics, Mechanical, or a related field of study and:
  • 2+ years' experience in Electrical and mechanical troubleshooting
  • 2+ years' experience in dismantle, repair, and assemble of equipment.
  • Familiarity with robotic systems, including drives, actuators, and microcontrollers.
  • Experience interpreting electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
  • Background in electro-mechanical maintenance and repair.
  • Semiconductor equipment maintenance experience.
  • Cleanroom operations experience.
