Responsibilities

  • Manage full cycle recruiting for assigned roles, including intake, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer management through close

  • Salary & Benefits:
  • Base salary: $90,000-$120,000 (dependent on skills, experience, and competencies)

The Role and Team: As Recruiter / Senior Recruiter, you will manage full cycle recruiting across assigned roles and functions, partnering closely with hiring managers and the broader Talent Acquisition team to deliver thoughtful, high quality hiring outcomes. You will contribute to strengthening our candidate experience, support talent attraction efforts, and help ensure EMARKETER continues to attract and hire top talent in a competitive market. The position is ideal for someone who is organized, people focused, and eager to grow their recruiting expertise while contributing to an established and evolving TA function. This is a hybrid role based out of our New York City office, with regular in office expectations. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future and be within commuting distance of our New York City office.
