Your Role in the Transformation As a Team Leader in HR Operations GBS, you will lead a team that delivers accurate, consistent, and trusted HR services across regions. You'll oversee operations, guide transitions, and ensure compliance while driving improvements that elevate the employee experience. This role places you at the center of Baxter's transformation, where your leadership will empower people, strengthen processes, and set new standards for operational excellence. What You'll Drive and Deliver Act as Supervisor and SME for HR Operations, with deep understanding of ERP systems. Manage end‑to‑end Pre‑Payroll and HR Operations functions with strong domain knowledge. Apply ERP expertise (SAP, Oracle, HR Web, ServiceNow, Workday) to streamline workflows. Guide the team in decision‑making and process improvement initiatives. Maintain monthly dashboards including KPIs, performance scorecards, and balanced metrics. Ensure quality parameters and SLAs are consistently met. Partner with transition teams to embed new HR projects smoothly and on time. Safeguard data integrity across HR systems, reinforcing Baxter's reputation for reliability. Implement best practices to elevate HR service delivery at the business unit/area level. Identify gaps, propose solutions, and implement changes to mitigate risks. Drive performance improvement and foster positive change in people management. Apply analytical skills, presentation expertise, solution design, and proficiency in MS Office and HR platforms.
