Drive service sales growth for mtu power systems and aftermarket solutions within the assigned territory and customer portfolio
Develop new business opportunities while maintaining and expanding existing customer accounts
Promote long-term service agreements, maintenance contracts, upgrades, retrofits, spare parts, and technical service solutions
Identify opportunities within mission critical and critical infrastructure sectors, especially data centres and power continuity environments
Support route-to-market strategies through direct sales and distribution channels
Monitor and report sales pipeline, forecast accuracy, customer activities, and revenue performance
Achieving incoming order targets, revenue goals, and profitability objectives
Customer & Market Management
Build strong relationships with key customers, consultants, operators, contractors, and channel partners
Act as a trusted advisor to customers on lifecycle service solutions and reliability optimization
Conduct customer visits, technical discussions, and commercial reviews regularly
Gather market intelligence, customer feedback, and competitive information to support strategic planning
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective issue resolution and account management
Support network development and continuous improvement of service business capabilities
Commercial & Contract Management
Prepare quotations, proposals, and service offerings in accordance with company guidelines and compliance requirements
Ensure timely submission of quotations and commercial documentation
Support pricing strategy, contract negotiations, and commercial discussions
Maximize service revenue and margin opportunities across the installed base
Implement approved sales strategies and business initiatives
Key Account Management
Manage strategic accounts within critical infrastructure and industrial sectors
Develop account plans focused on long-term customer retention and business expansion
Coordinate closely with internal technical, service, operations, and engineering teams to support customer requirements
Drive customer engagement initiatives and maintain strong business relationships across stakeholder levels
Position requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in service sales, aftermarket sales, business development, or account management within industrial or power systems industries
Strong preference for candidates with exposure to critical infrastructure environments such as: Data Centres
Mission Critical Facilities
Backup Power Systems
Power Generation
Utilities
Industrial Infrastructure
Energy or Heavy Industrial sectors
Experience working with diesel generators, gas generators, UPS systems, power solutions, or industrial engines will be advantageous
Experience managing distributors, channel partners, or strategic customer accounts is preferred
Proven track record in achieving service sales targets and developing customer relationships
