JOB SUMMARY: This position is responsible for repairing all OpenEye products and testing all product returns. The RMA technician will report to the RMA Manager. ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to satisfactorily perform each of the essential duties/responsibilities listed below. Communicates with the RMA Manager about what work needs to be done. Repair, test, and troubleshoot OpenEye products sent in for repair and credit. Ability to move fluidly between various testing apparatus as needed. Performs all other duties/responsibilities as necessary or assigned.
