Previous experience in iGaming, fintech, or another technology-driven industry obligatory. At least 2 years of experience leading and developing teams. Extensive practical experience in negotiating partnership agreements and commercial terms. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term business relationships with senior stakeholders. Experience coordinating cross-functional projects involving Product, Operations, Finance, Legal, and Technology teams. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
