Job Description: Main Duties Responsibilities include setup and operation of: - Band saws - Cold saws - Basic layout and measurement of raw materials - Material preparation for secondary operations - General shop and production support - Prepping parts for powder coating as needed With the right work ethic, aptitude, and willingness to learn, this position may also include training on: - CNC vertical machining centers - CNC turning centers - CNC press brakes - Additional fabrication and production equipment Requirements - No specific prior experience is required, but the right candidate must have: - Strong work ethic - Good mechanical aptitude - Ability to read a tape measure and use basic measuring tools - Willingness to learn - Dependability and punctuality - Ability to follow instructions and shop procedures - Pride in quality workmanship - Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment True Up is an equal opportunity employer.
