5-7+ years of relevant experience in banking, asset management, or consulting, with a strong focus on private debt investments
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Banking, Business, Economics, or a related field
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Proven ability to represent the firm effectively in client‑facing interactions
Strong judgment and the ability to develop, articulate, and defend investment views with internal and external stakeholders
Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills, with a strong focus on accuracy and execution quality
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, including the review and preparation of complex financial analyses
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, detail‑oriented environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Fluency in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus

Position Overview:
The Vice President will be a key member of the Private Debt Portfolio and Risk Management team, responsible for overseeing portfolio management activities, supporting investment decision‑making, and contributing to client and market‑facing initiatives.
The ideal candidate is an entrepreneurial, detail‑oriented professional with strong communication skills and the ability to quickly assess complex situations, exercise sound judgment, and apply a structured, problem‑solving mindset.
Primary responsibilities include:
Portfolio Management
Supervise daily portfolio management activities for Private Debt evergreen funds
Review private debt investment opportunities (co‑investments, secondaries, and primaries) and assess eligibility and suitability for relevant portfolios
Lead ad‑hoc portfolio analyses, stress tests, and strategic projects
Support portfolio managers with portfolio analysis, monitoring, performance reviews, and risk assessments
Assist senior team members in day‑to‑day portfolio and investment‑related activities
Client & Business Support
Partner with business development and client servicing teams to support client requests, proposals, and pitches
Contribute to the preparation and enhancement of presentations, pitch decks, and marketing materials
Review presentations, marketing documents, and responses to internal and external information requests (including RFPs) to ensure accuracy, consistency, and high‑quality output
Contribute to the development of internal and external communications and written materials
