Partner with business and functional leaders to develop and execute workforce and talent strategies
Serve as a trusted advisor on employee relations, performance management, organizational development, and leadership effectiveness
Lead talent management initiatives, including succession planning, employee development, and performance management
Support talent acquisition efforts by partnering with leaders on recruiting, selection, and workforce planning
Drive employee engagement, retention, and employer-of-choice initiatives across supported business units
Provide guidance on HR policies, employment law, compliance, and employee relations matters
Lead labor relations activities, including collective bargaining preparation, negotiations, and contract administration
Collaborate with leadership to address organizational challenges and optimize team performance
Oversee compensation planning, workforce analytics, and organizational effectiveness initiatives
Develop, coach, and mentor Human Resource Business Partners and HR team members
Champion change management initiatives that support business growth and transformation
Requirements
4-6 years of experience in Human Resources, Human Resource Business Partnering, or Employee Relations required
1-2 years of leadership or people management experience required
Experience supporting manufacturing, operations, or unionized environments preferred
