Practice Manager - The Doorway and Center for Recovery Management - Full time

Foundation Medical Partners, our multi-specialty group, spans 70+ practices across southern New Hampshire and northern Massachusetts, providing coordinated, patient-centered care to thousands each year. The Practice Manager II provides operational leadership for practices with seven (7) or more providers and/or two (2) or more locations. Reporting to the Primary or Specialty Care Director, this role oversees daily operations, staff management, patient experience, budgetary planning, and quality improvement initiatives. The Practice Manager II ensures the safe, efficient, and cost-effective delivery of care while supporting providers, staff, and patients in a dynamic healthcare environment.
