Final compensation will be determined based on experience. The Senior IT Epic Implementation Project Manager leads end-to-end Epic software implementations for new and transitioning clients, serving as the primary delivery owner for complex, multi-module Epic deployments. This role commands both the technical rigor of Epic implementations and the executive presenc e requir ed to navigate large, cross-functional client environments. This role is focused on Epic implementation delivery and owns the Epic workstream within broader client integration programs. It partners closely with Epic Services, Readiness, Technology, Operations, Partnership Success, and Enterprise Project Management (EPM) at Ensemble, as well as leadership from both the Client and from Epic to ensure implementations are delivered with rigor and predictability at scale. A core accountability is ensuring the Ensemble Epic Standard Operating Model (SOM) is fully implemented and validated prior to transition to optimization and support. This position requir es specialized Epic & RCM knowledge, comfort managing executive-level client relationships, and the ability to drive delivery across highly matrixed, fast-moving environments.
