[What the role is] The Operations Transformation Division (OTD), part of NEA's Strategic Planning and Policy Group, drives the various Concept of Operations (ConOps) reviews and redesign of critical operations to strengthen resilience, enhance safety protocols, and ensure future-readiness across NEA's diverse operational portfolio. This role supports the Division in building robust organisational capabilities for sustained transformation. The role centres on institutionalising systematic improvement frameworks and driving operational excellence across critical domains such as after-death services, regulatory agility and enterprise-wide contract risk management. [What you will be working on] Support Senior Management team to identify systemic operational challenges and develop strategic solutions that drive organisation-wide improvements Facilitate operational review initiatives across key domains such as NEA's after-death facilities and regulatory processes to strengthen safety, resilience, and performance standards Facilitate stakeholder engagement including coordination of advisory panel meetings and cross-divisional collaborations Drive data-driven transformation by using AI tools and analytics that optimise operational performance and inform decision-making Build change management capabilities across the organisation to foster a culture of continuous improvement and transformation readiness [What we are looking for] The job might be for you if you possess the following qualities: At least 3 years of experience with transformation operations, change management, or strategic framework development Strong analytical and data analysis capabilities Excellent stakeholder management across multiple divisions and external partner Strategic thinking to translate operational challenges into systematic solutions Strong communication and presentation skills Thrives in fast-paced, dynamic work environments As part of the shortlisting process for this role, you may be required to complete a medical declaration and/or undergo further assessment.
