Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Support daily Human Resources and operational functions within a clinical research environment.
Assist with onboarding activities, scheduling, employee communications, and maintaining employee records and documentation.
Perform office administrative duties including filing, scanning, ordering supplies, maintaining office organization, and coordinating office logistics.
Assist with office runs, errands, and operational support tasks as needed.
Coordinate meetings, schedules, conference rooms, and internal team communications.
Provide professional communication and support to employees, vendors, clients, visitors, and external partners.
Assist with company events, wellness initiatives, employee engagement activities, and special projects.
Maintain confidentiality of employee, operational, and company information.
Collaborate with members of the Human Resources and Operations teams to support organizational initiatives and day-to-day business needs.
