Student Worker HEC build

About the role

Support HEC build during the summer period. Assist with build, material coordination, tracking deliveries, supporting warehouse/logistics activities, and maintaining data in relevant systems. Work closely with engineering, procurement, and project teams to ensure timely availability of parts and smooth execution of the build. Job description Supports HEC build activities by coordinating material availability, tracking deliveries, and assisting with build execution Assists with warehouse and logistics operations to ensure timely receipt, handling, and distribution of components Maintains accurate data in relevant systems, including material status, inventory tracking, and delivery updates Collaborates with engineering, procurement, and project teams to ensure timely part availability and smooth build progress Experience/Qualifications Must be a team player able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing tasks and demands Strong communication skills; oral, written and presentation Strong organization, planning and time management skills to achieve results Strong personal and professional ethical values and integrity Holds self-accountable to achieving goals and standards Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) Strong interpersonal & collaboration skills to work effectively with all levels of the organization including suppliers and/or external customers Base Salary Range: 33,800.00 EUR - 46,530.00 EUR The salary range is published in line with the EU Pay Transparency Directive and relevant country legislation. Starting Salary The starting salary offered will be based on objective, gender-neutral criteria , (e.g internal equivalency, relevant skills, experience, qualifications etc.).
