Your main tasks and responsibilities General office admin including but not limited to reception activities, personnel queries e.g. travel and expenses and team coordination. Job package creation and admin including PO's and Invoicing. This includes ensuring that all materials are accurately booked from stock to each job. System admin for materials and stock management. You will take control of the stock and be responsible for adequate supply. It is imperative that you effectively liaise with warehouse staff, drivers, suppliers and internal management by email and phone tenaciously. Accounts payable and receivable tasks - processing suppliers' invoices and customers for payment of invoices. General filing (manual and digital), data entry including payroll and reviewing wage reports to ensure 100% accuracy in a timely manner. Weekly on hand stock checks from list to ensure workshop consumables are consistently topped up, liaise with Management on levels to be ordered. Provide administration assistance to the Leadership Team as required. Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with legislative requirements, Company policies and procedures. What you bring to Sulzer 5+ Years' experience in Office Administration with purchasing and stores know how. You combine meticulous clerical skills with the practical mindset of a logistics professional. Reliability, friendly attitude and ability to liaise with blue collar to senior management personnel. Attention to detail. Strong computer skills with Microsoft suite, Microsoft Dynamics or equivalent SAP/ERP systems. Strong communication skills. Sound ability to adapt in shared duties.
