Position Summary The Associate Director, GTS Reliability will be responsible for driving the adoption and execution of the BMS reliability vision and strategy in line with business expectations. This role oversees and collaborates with sites, functions, and the greater Reliability network to develop and implement strategies that drive a continuous improvement culture. This position is a key contributor to the development and execution of reliability initiatives, strategic scorecards and dashboards, best practices in business processes, operational excellence principles, and systems development and deployment. It will be critical that this position work with leaders across PDS to meet business objectives and build the foundations to drive continuous, sustainable, flawless execution and performance improvement. Key area of focus over the next year: Maximo deployment.
