Develop methods that aid process improvement. Understand scheduling and preregistration processes and work flows. Educate schedulers and preregistration staff regarding departmental processes. Effectively communicate with all departments and clinics that are part of patient access and determine ways to continually improve processes. Handle issues that arise and determine the best solution for each situation. Department Specific Job Details: Education High school diploma is required Associates degree is preferred
