-Develop, maintain, and improve training curriculum that support user understanding of software applications, workflows, policies, and procedures.
-Build, test, and maintain the Epic training environment to support workforce education needs.
-Partner with application build team leadership and the training manager to assess training needs and develop effective education strategies.
-Serve as a project facilitator and adult education expert for Epic and other software applications.
-Provide guidance and mentoring to credentialed trainers to strengthen training quality and consistency.
-Support go-live readiness and end-user success through effective training and workflow education.
Requirements
-Bachelor's degree
-3+ years of industry-related training experience in healthcare, information services, or a related area.
-1+ year of experience working in a healthcare setting.
-Experience providing floor support for an Epic application and demonstrated knowledge of workflows in additional applications during go-live.
-2+ years of experience developing and editing curriculum.
-Experience with Epic Orders, ClinDoc, Ambulatory training/modules preferred.
