Safely move, store, and transport materials throughout the facility to support production and shipping operations
Receive, inspect, and process incoming materials from suppliers, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation
Issue materials to job orders and return unused materials to inventory as needed
Perform daily cycle counts and inventory reconciliation to maintain accurate stock levels
Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment in accordance with quality and packaging standards
Coordinate and execute outbound shipping, including use of carrier systems (e.g., UPS)
Operate forklifts, cranes, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently
Complete daily equipment inspections and maintain required safety checklists
Build crates, pallets, and packaging solutions for safe transport of materials and finished goods
Maintain organized, clean, and efficient work areas in accordance with 5S and safety standards
Respond to internal material requests and support production teams with timely delivery of parts and supplies
Participate in safety training and consistently follow all company safety policies and procedures
Assist with special projects, freight coordination, or additional warehouse tasks as assigned
Requirements
1-3 years of related warehouse or material handling experience preferred
HS Diploma or GED required
Forklift and/or crane operation experience (or willingness to be trained)
Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory or MRP systems
Ability to read and interpret work orders, bills of materials, and basic drawings
General math skills
Experience with shipping software (e.g., UPS) is a plus
Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, and material handling equipment
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good attendance and reliability
Must be authorized to work in the US without company sponsorship now or in the future.
The estimated annual salary range for this role is $20 - 23.50 (hourly). Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Starting salary will vary by location, qualifications, and prior experience
