Job Description: Serve as an expert on equity markets and multi-asset solutions; translate complex market insights into actionable investment themes and high-conviction trading ideas. Design and review tailored investment proposals, with a specific focus on direct equity positioning, thematic baskets, and equity-linked structured products. Lead investment discussions in client meetings and pitch rehearsals, demonstrating professional authority to win mandates and deepen client trust. Conduct regular training sessions for the front office on equity fundamental analysis, market trends, and new product launches. Ensure strict adherence to sales conduct guidelines. Maintain and enhance investment professionalism. Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Banking, Finance, or a related field. Strong knowledge of investment products. At least 5 years of experience in wealth management, with exposure to client-facing roles, and a proven track record as an Equity Specialist, IC, or Buy-side Analyst. Strong market awareness and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and under pressure. Knowledge of Bloomberg and proficiency in advanced MS Excel. Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese, including Mandarin. Occasional travel may be required.
