Own and analyze growth and marketing funnels: traffic → sign-up → activation → trial → upgrade.
Partner with Growth and Marketing to define success metrics for campaigns, lifecycle programs, and in-product growth initiatives.
Analyze channel performance, conversion rates, and cohort quality to inform investment and prioritization decisions.
Support experimentation and A/B testing across landing pages, onboarding flows, lifecycle messaging, and upgrade prompts.
Identify leading indicators of conversion, retention, and expansion based on user behavior.
Connect acquisition and activation metrics to downstream revenue outcomes (New MRR, expansion, retention).
Surface opportunities to improve self-serve conversion and monetization.
Build and maintain dashboards and recurring reports for Growth and Marketing stakeholders.
Improve metric definitions and data quality related to growth tracking and attribution.
Use AI and LLM-powered tools to automate recurring analyses, summarize performance, and surface anomalies or trends.
Partner with Product teams to ensure key growth-related events and behaviors are instrumented correctly.
Share growth insights that inform onboarding, activation, and in-product conversion work.
Help evaluate the impact of product changes on growth metrics.
Requirements
4-6 years of experience in a dedicated Data Analyst role, ideally supporting Growth, Marketing, or Product teams within a SaaS or PLG environment.
Advanced English is required for this role (daily interaction with global teams and documentation in English)
Experience working in event-level datasets and unstructured data environments, with the ability to translate fragmented data into actionable insights and clear recommendations.
Strong SQL skills and comfort working across large datasets; ability to independently explore, diagnose, and propose solutions to data gaps.
Experience with product and growth analytics tools such as Mixpanel, Amplitude, Heap, or similar platforms.
Experience building dashboards and scalable reporting solutions in tools such as Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent.
Solid understanding of PLG and growth metrics (activation, conversion, retention, cohort analysis, CAC, monetization).
Ability to move beyond identifying issues to recommending pragmatic solutions or improvement paths, including partnering with data engineering or analytics teams when needed.

As a Growth Data Analyst, you'll partner primarily with our Growth and Marketing teams to analyze acquisition, activation, trial performance, and conversion across the full funnel.
Your focus will be on answering questions like:
Which channels and campaigns drive high-quality trials and long-term customers?
Where do users drop off between sign-up, activation, and upgrade?
Which behaviors signal strong intent to convert or expand?
How can we run better experiments and learn faster?
You'll also collaborate with Product teams to ensure we're measuring the right in-product behaviors and to align growth insights with product changes.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys sitting close to growth strategy, experimentation, and revenue impact, and who wants to modernize how growth teams use data through automation and AI-assisted analysis.
