Job Description: Location: Willett Manor - South River, New Jersey- 74 units Position: Full-Time Maintenance Technician Schedule: 40 hours per week | Alternating weeks emergency on-call Pay: $25/hour Requirement: Must live within 30 minutes of South River, NJ Job Summary: The Maintenance Technician ensures senior housing facilities remain safe, functional, and visually appealing.
