Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in outside sales required.
- High school diploma or equivalent is a minimum requirement. University degree preferred.
- Prior experience managing distribution relationships at a high level.
- Must be willing to travel within the multi-state region approximately 50% of the time, including overnight travel.
- Must reside in mainland BC, preferably in the region of Vancouver.

POSITION SUMMARY: This role is responsible for managing Diversey's relationships within the assigned region with our key distributor partners. This role will have direct and full responsibility for managing the distributor relationship with any regional distributors that operate within the assigned region. Furthermore, this role will work closely with the national Key Account Distribution team to support the regional offices and local branches of major key distributors within the assigned region. The incumbent will manage high level distributor relationships with key stakeholders, as well as drive the engagement between the regional sales teams and field sales teams of the distributors in their markets. The Market Manager will manage contracts, portals and pricing for their distributors as well as coordinate and lead sales training activities, business reviews and other business development activities with Diversey's distributor partners. This role may be asked to develop new distributor relationships in their markets as necessary. Ideal candidates will reside in mainland British Columbia.
