Reporting to the Head of Transaction Management (TM) in the Property team, this position is instrumental in driving Believ's growth. You will be responsible for managing and ensuring the completion of real estate transactions, to secure prime, leasehold sites for EV charging across the UK. This requires a strategic, proactive approach that ensures transactions are taken from Heads of Terms to completed leases / purchase agreements, thereby delivering a high-quality EV site pipeline. The private sector includes, but is not limited to - land, multi-tenant retail (shopping centres and retail parks), hotels, leisure and sports facilities, food & beverage and drive thru operators.
