Senior Quantity Surveyor / Quantity Surveyor

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Building/Structural Engineering or Quantity Surveying
• Min. 2 years' relevant experience in construction industry
• Experienced in the field of aluminum windows and doors, metal wall claddings & glass curtain walls.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, PPT, Excel, etc)
• Able to work under pressure with minimum supervision
• Responsible & meticulous

Job Descriptions - Preparation for project tender documents & contracts - Participate in the pre-tendering activities with client, architect and project managers and raising relevant pre-bid queries from the given tender - Negotiating with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain the best prices and terms - To perform cost estimation, quantity take-off, preparing BOM for project during tender & construction, sourcing for supplier & quotation, verifying claims & preparing progress & variation claims - Coordination with other departments and subcontractors - Ad hoc duties as assigned
