Experience with usage of common application protocols and messages (e.g. TCP/IP, HTTP, SOAP, SMTP, RESTful APIs, XML/JSON, JDBC, JMS/MQ)
Exposure to application threading and concurrency concerns. Troubleshooting environment related issues (response times, connectivity, authentication, authorization, configuration, etc.)
Experience in hosted global datacenter environments supporting geographically dispersed systems

As a Cloud Operations Manager , you will work closely with solutions architects and business stakeholders to identify, design, develop and deploy infrastructure engineering solutions for our WM and TM platform. What a day in life looks like:
Manage an operations team supporting SAAS Kubernetes applications in OCI and AWS
Train and mentor Operations Engineers
SLA focused response to event driven alerts and incidents
Ensure execution of plans to roll out new technologies quickly
Lead ticket triage and prioritization by our Client Services organization
Support/troubleshoot OS, application, virtualization and containerization issues
Work with Engineering team to developing automation and processes to improve operational SLAs
What you bring to the team:
Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and related work experience
3+ years in a management/leadership role
5+ years in an operations role
5+ years supporting large scale .NET applications
5+ years in supporting OCI and AWS based environments
Fundamental understanding of Linux and Windows OS
SME in managing and implementing Kubernetes solutions
Proficient in implementing Infrastructure as Code principals and technologies (Terraform)
Wide range of automation experience (Azure DevOps, Ansible, PowerShell, Groovy, Python, etc)
Hands-on experience collecting performance data, analyzing, troubleshooting, and tuning
Well versed in application containers such as IIS and Tomcat
Full stack troubleshooting
Experience with SCM (Git)
