About the role

You will serve as a EQUAL EMPLOYMENT SPECIALIST in the OFFICE OF CHIEF OF STAFF (N02), COMMAND DEPUTY EEO OFFICE (N02E) of MILITARY SEALIFT COMMAND. Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: - Experience with processing informal and formal Equal employment Opportunity (EEO) complaints. - Experience preparing case files on each complaint and insuring provision of logistical support for on-site investigations. - Experience providing guidance to EEO Counselors in precomplaint inquiries and the Alternate Dispute Resolution process. - Experience reporting and collecting data in order to complete the annual MD-715 report. - Experience analyzing MD-715 and EEOC 462 Report data for barriers to the EEO program. - Experience utilizing automated personnel systems such as Defense Civilian Personnel Data System (DCPDS), Human Resource Management System (HRMS), and I Complaints to process EEO reports and extract data. - Experience developing and conducting specialized briefings, orientations, and trainings for managers, supervisors, and employees on EEO program requirements.
